The following case studies illustrate how Hart Advertising REALLY can make a difference.

Re-branding

Hart Advertising recently acquired a medical charity which concentrated solely on legacy advertising. The new chief executive decided to adopt our new ideas for re-branding across a wider cross-section of publications in order to increase public awareness of the disease. At the same time we advised them to join a waiting list for gold bonds and asked existing gold bond holders to run the marathon for the charity. Now the charity has gold bonds of its own for all UK and New York marathons and a bold new image that makes the charity recognizable across all the fundraising activities they undertake.

Increasing income

A religious charity which had only ever advertised in umbrella national publications was advised by Hart to change to diocesan titles in local parishes with stronger circulations. Hart also devised a more accessible, eye-catching and chuckle-worthy campaign which spoke straight to parishioners. Individual donations and legacies increased steadily and significantly!

Complex campaigns need not be costly

Another of Hart Advertising’s clients was engaged in a lengthy and sensitive lobbying of MPs and used our pool of experts in PR and event-organising to train up their team of regional organisers to plot and implement a 6-month campaign of press stories, fundraising events and radio and TV interviews. The experts remained available to parachute in and out of the project throughout and were paid on a daily basis as and when required.

Press Coverage

Hart Advertising has excellent relations with a broad range of publications. As a result our clients are able to benefit from both editorial and advertising opportunities which are presented to us on a preferential basis. Editors will rarely tolerate ‘puff’ pieces or allow much paid-for advertorial but, because we at Hart know a good story when we see it and because our press releases are read, we can offer you a much better chance of success in the media jungle.
